Lead and accountable for the end-to-end delivery of IT Operational Service for infrastructure and Enterprise Applications, which includes SAP, Payroll and Medical Application with budget in excess of 1 million pounds.
The end-to-end Operations service covers all aspects of ITSM service operations including service desk, incident management, request fulfilment, customer relationship management, communication, operations control and infrastructure management, problem and event management, access and security management, change and project management, asset and facility management and continuous service improvement (CSI).
Accountability for Financial planning, budgeting and reporting to the Executive leadership of the organization.
Educating the company and its employees about Data Privacy and Protection (DPP) compliance.
Lead the development of Key Control Verification to monitor company’s DPP compliance thereby achieving year 2020 successful Regulatory audit.
Stayed abreast DPP regulations requirements to inform and advise the company on its data protection obligations.
Contact point for data subjects and the company as well as between the company and relevant supervisory authority.
